SO I THINK THE MOVE OF JACKSON FAMILY IS GOOD...THEY ARE HITTING 2 BIRDS IN ONE  STONE  ...THEY CAN NOT BE FOREVER IN THE SHADOW OF SONY....THEY GET ADDITIONAL INCOME TO PAY ALL THE OBLIGATIONS SO THAT IT WILL NOT INCURRED INTEREST PENALTIES AND AT THE SAME TIME PROVOKE THE ACTING ADMINISTRATOR OF THE MICHAEL`S ESTATE TO FILE A SUIT AND EVENTUALLY THE GENUITY OF THE ILL LAST WILL BE INVESTIGATED......THE JUDGE AND JURY SHOULD CHALLENGE THE GENUITY OF THE ILL LAST WILL ....  FOR THEM TO MAKE A RIGHT AND BALANCE JUDGEMENT ON KATHERINE AND HOWARD.....

The 2 thieves branca and mcclain don`t work for michael`s estate...they work for sony....they do what sony  tells them to do...since they are telling lies why don`t they show the loss and profit  of  michael got from his shares in sony worth 600 million $ since 1995......so  that the bureau of internal revenue can review if sony  declares the true income..they always say for charity 20% of the income so that it is tax free....but mind you guys do they give to the charity institution founded by michael the 20% ....if they don`t talk with the jackson family how do they know the charitable institution of michael established.....so smells fishy.....they pocketed this 20% that they claim for charity....check the cd~s you bought you`ll find out..nothing is in there....you will read only in the label.... in memory....dedicated to the mj  children... is this the charity they are talking about...discern what you bought  mj fans you might be included  to those who are victimized by sony.....fake singer...fake songs and fake profit objectives.......


the 2 thieves should look at the mirror and find out they also wearing  horns bigger than their heads....parents of michael got a deal with howard because they talk ....and ended in a commitment...a contract...the contract will say the expected gains..... per centages in both parties......date limit expiration date......so howard is a ligitimate  partner of mrs.katherine s. jackson  and how about the 2 thieves...out of the blues they appear after the death of michael   claiming they are the executor of the michael estate...how is that...they don`t even go to the funeral to pay respect to michael.....they are exploiting and manipulating the michael`s estate for their own benefit..they don`t consult the family......informing the family is different from consulting them...and that`s what happening they just inform  ...and the family was the last to know on the transaction of the estate....so howard is much lesser evil than sony  !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Michael Jackson signed contract  with sony ,  the first and last contract 1991...expires or end 2001......michael made for sony is the bad ....dangerous.....history......and the last is invincible...he made only 4 albums for sony inclusive of the contract signed 1991-2001

MJJ PRODUCTION  is the company of michael that holds all his creations as an artist and producer as well....I think MJJ PRODUCTION was born     in the 1980`s   probably 1981....so all his compilation of songs written....and other materials are all intact in there....so i don`t know why sony and media keep on saying  they have the original copies of michael  song  wherein all of this are all in the mjj production owned by michael jackson alone....like what randy told in his twitt( you can read full  blog i made in www.myspace.com entitled one and half hour conversation of randy with mj fans ....he will bet his life on it ...that the new  album released by sony is fake  voice and some  songs in the album  is not  michael`s songs....randy is a brother of michael they grew up together..everything about michael is known by randy and the rest of the family including his children...so why sony discredit the  proclamation of the family that the new album is fake and some songs in the album is not michael written songs.....RANDY JACKSON SAID THIS WITH CONFIRMATION BECAUSE THE JACKSON FAMILY  HAVE THE ORIGINAL COPIES OF THE SONGS WRITTEN BY MICHAEL AND SONGS SAMPLE SANG BY MICHAEL UPON REGISTRATION OF SONG FOR COPYRIGHT....copyright registrations required 2 original copies of the said songs....aside from this it should be registered in isbn..... to have an international series number placed on each copy released....  by this number the public may  trace who`s country own`s the copyright property.....BECAUSE OF FRAUD AND GREED...they sell the songs of michael online selling.....other countries don`t want to be involve in the monkey business of sony.....see for yourself....and if they sell this in shopping malls they sell it in racketeering price because cd`s  are shipped  imported from america......why  ???? the local  sony subsidiaries in each countries where not provided with the  pertinent copyrights papers to produce locally...so that the price of the cd`s is less or cheaper in price....
